I cannot think of anything that would make a visit to the dentist better! I was greeted right away, the office is clean and spotless, the staff is friendly which makes me feel comfortable, and procedures were explained to me. My favorite visual in the office is the view outside of the windows - the trees and the birdfeeders which do attract the birds. Very calming. What is better?

I LOVE Dr. Edwards & his entire staff already, and this was the first time I stepped foot in their office! I was a new patient with a dental emergency and they saw me within 24 hours of my call. Stacy, who took my call, could not have been nicer, and greeted me like an old friend when I came in. Every staff member I came in contact with was smiling, friendly, and professional. Dr. Edwards is the three "Ps": Professional, Proficient, & Precious! (OK, precious is prob not the best way to describe your dentist, but we're Southerners so it's acceptable!). He managed to put me at ease which is no small task - few things cause me more anxiety than being in a dentist's chair. Brittany, who assisted him, was also very competent & kind, & made sure I was comfortable & calm during the entire procedure. I can't believe I'm saying this about a trip to the dentist, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Edwards has a new fan & a patient for life! (Bless his heart).

I absolutely love this dental practice! This office seems to always run on-time, all of the staff are very friendly - especially my awesome hygienist, Margaret who does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. They use modern technology, have a lovely, clean office and I couldn't be happier. We moved to Memphis 6 years ago and I tried 4 other practices before I found this practice which will now stay my dental practice home.

I always have a good experience when I go to Dr. Edwards and I am a person who has always dreaded dental visits! Everyone is very nice, they put you at ease, and it's a painless experience. They are also very thorough and make sure you know what they are doing and why they are doing it. I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards to anyone - especially those who have had bad experiences in the past. : )
